These days everyone wants something for nothing and I have to wonder if anyone really turns down free stuff anymore? When I surf the internet, I see all kinds of garbage being listed for people to pick up off of the sidewalk, and then a few hours later in the classified ad’s title, I will read the phrase, “already picked up,” or, “gone, thanks!” Does someone really have a dire need for an
overly used, beat up stair climber that hasn’t worked in 15 years? What can they do with that? Apparently, I am out of the loop in understanding this phenomenon. Perhaps that is why I run a business where I will give you something for what you may consider being worth absolutely nothing. Plain and simple, I will give you cash for your junk vehicles. They can look and run as poorly as the free exercise equipment you might find in the newspaper, and I must be crazy, but I will actually hand you money in return for that car that you have no desire to have in your custody.
Often times you are offered coupons for discounts, waivers in the mail to receive some lame item from your local department store, or a chance to win some strange prize when you saunter around the local carnival, but I would have to guess that 90% of the time you aren’t going to be getting anything worth more than a few cents. Cheap, ugly stuff that breaks after a few hours or days. It’s all in the advertising; you get wooed by the whole, “something for nothing scam,” and end up with a lot of trash that you don’t want. My own children fall for this almost daily while they channel surf on the tv and get caught up in an infomercial featuring the shake weight (yikes!) or an old annoying bachelor who wear the shortest of shorts and jumps up and down excitedly.
How does this advertising even work? I won’t provide any of those above mentioned products to you or anyone else, and I will most certainly not be wearing neon jogging shorts, but I can absolutely supply you with cash for your junk automobile, just as long as you own one. If a complete stranger dumped a late model Hummer in your front yard a year ago and it is worth a lot of money, I have no right to take it. That’s right, and I won’t pay you for your annoying neighbor’s pink Gremlin no matter how much you beg me to. It simply can’t be done. I apologize, but your best bet is to give them a friendly, neighborly suggestion to call us, the most respected scrap car buyer in the Tampa, Fl area and I can tow that baby away.
As an avid believer in providing quality and honesty to my customers, I hope that this week you aren’t bombarded by cheesy offers or enticed by an avocado green couch that has been home for who knows how many rodents over the last ten years. Please consider getting something for your broke down beater that you may be thinking of posting for free. I’ll pay you in cash for your junk vehicle. Call us today for a free quote! 813-699-2278
